Classroom Training

Research has proved that classroom teaching impacts the students and the teachers. It promotes collaborative learning

This increases students’ self-awareness about how other students learn, enables them to learn more, and transforms them into keen learners inside and beyond the classroom.

In-class learning enhances critical thinking skills by allowing you to engage in live discussions where will need to put to use critical thinking skills to formulate opinions or arguments.
Classroom teaching teaches you how to develop organizational skills and helps to improve your social skills—beginning with the basics, such as arriving at class on time. In a live classroom, you are held accountable for being prepared to do some classwork and in-class discussions. In effect, you learn how to organize your time and prioritize assignments

In-class activities such as role-play keep learners stimulated.

Program Learning Outcomes

One of the benefits of classroom training is that the teaching style can be modified according to the learner’s issues; at the same time, students can get their doubts clarified immediately before moving ahead in a topic.

Classroom teaching inculcates conflict resolving skills and presentation skills when presenting their ideas confidently in front of peers, develops team spirit, and teaches them to get along with those from different cultural backgrounds. Such experiences are valuable in shaping communication and emotional intelligence.

Role-playing will allow participants to get some experience in handling demanding situations and in developing creative problem-solving skills.
