New Era virtual classroom is an online teaching and learning environment where the instructor and students can present course materials, engage, and interact with other members of the virtual class, and work in groups together. The key distinction of a virtual classroom is that it takes place in a live, synchronous setting. Online coursework can involve the viewing of pre-recorded video, workbook material. Most importantly virtual classroom settings involve live interaction between instructors and participants.

Role Play Training

Sucess happens when preparation meets opportunity.  No matter how outlandish a situation you create in a controlled environment. Role playing proves to be the most effective way to recreate real life scenarios. It’s inevitable that something bizarre is bound to happen on the job. Role playing will give you and your team the opportunity to get some experience in handling demanding situations and in developing creative problem-solving skills.
